Spectrum Painting was founded in 1983 by Steve “The Paint Man” Cleary. Steve started painting to help pay his way through college. After losing his job in the oil bust, he decided it was time to go back to what he knew best; painting and serving customers. Since 1983 Steve has worked hard to established himself as one of the premier painting contractors in the Houston area.

He attributes his success to God’s blessing, and his long time employees.
